At MotionFit, your satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit, and we’re here to make the return process as smooth as possible.

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, return instructions may vary depending on the item you ordered. Please review the details below carefully before starting a return.


30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them

  • In the original packaging

  • With all tags, parts, and accessories included

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at MotionFitinfo@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

Important: Do not send items back without contacting us first. Return addresses vary by supplier, and unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

If your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or worn items

  • Items not in original condition or packaging

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards and final sale items


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to damage, defect, or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to place a new order and request a return for the original item.
