At MotionFit, we’re committed to delivering your fitness essentials in a reliable and timely manner. Because we partner with multiple fulfillment warehouses, shipping times may vary slightly depending on the product and destination.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Once your order has been processed, it is forwarded to one of our trusted fulfillment partners for shipment.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • Express Shipping (when available): 2–5 business days

  • International Orders: 7–18 business days depending on destination

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or high shipping volumes.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. From time to time, MotionFit may offer free shipping promotions.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 2–5 days to update as the carrier scans the package into their system.

Multiple Items in One Order

Because some products ship from different warehouses, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.


Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Packages

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at MotionFitinfo@gmail.com with photos (if applicable). We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund when appropriate.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. MotionFit is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we will do our best to help before the order ships.
